3 staff and 1-2 volunteers based at off-site office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, responsible lead tenant in each property, emergency on-call system. Staff visit regularly and can offer advice on various issues. Individual support plan and keywork system. Work with other local groups to provide additional services.
